When you create or manage entity profiles, we collect business information you provide including: entity name, description, address, phone number, website URL, services, service areas, industry classifications, and structured data attributes. This information is intended to be publicly visible on the entity network.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps. We use this data to improve our services and diagnose issues.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect payment method details, billing address, and transaction history in accordance with their privacy policy.

2.5 AI Visibility & Analytics Data

We collect and compute AI visibility scores, crawl activity logs, structured data validation results, and recommendation data for entity profiles. This data is used to power our visibility scoring engine and analytics dashboards.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Nordax AI platform
• Create and manage your account and entity profiles
• Generate and display AI visibility scores and analytics
• Process subscription payments and manage billing

• Publish entity profiles on the public entity network

4. Public Entity Profiles

Entity profiles published on the Nordax AI network are intended to be publicly accessible. Information included in published entity profiles — such as entity name, description, services, location, and structured data — will be visible to the public, search engines, AI systems, and knowledge graphs. This is the core function of our platform.

You may unpublish or delete entity profiles at any time through your dashboard. Unpublished profiles will be removed from public display, though cached versions may persist in third-party systems.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting) to operate our platform. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Public Entity Data: Published entity profiles are accessible to the public, search engines, and AI systems by design.
• Cross-Platform Data: If your entity profile is managed through Nordax Digital, data may be shared between platforms to maintain consistency.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Entity profile data for published entities is retained until you unpublish or delete it. We retain usage data and analytics for up to 24 months. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
